Ordering

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind! While we strive to process orders quickly, if you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that after 24-48 hours, we are less likely to be able to cancel or alter your order.

But don't worry—you can always return your order if needed!

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 24 hours - or sooner.

Can I change my billing information?

For security reasons, we're unable to modify the billing address once an order has been placed, as per our payment processor's guidelines. Your security is our priority, and this policy ensures that your sensitive information remains protected throughout the transaction process. Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times at HoneyBug vary depending on the option you choose. For our Quick Ship Gifts with Virtual Notes, items are shipped directly from the vendor for the fastest delivery possible. For items without gift wrapping, shipping takes 3-7 days. For handwrapped items, including HoneyBug Boxes and Build-a-Boxes, please allow an additional 7-10 days for processing. This ensures your gift receives our special touch with beautiful wrapping and personalized details. Please check individual product pages for specific shipping details.

What countries do you ship to?

Absolutely! We're thrilled to offer international shipping to a wide array of destinations. Our reach spans across more than 50 countries, ensuring that our products can make their way to you, no matter where you are in the world. Feel free to reach out to get the list of all locations.

Due to international rates and duties, these rates will be automatically calculated at check out and do not qualify for free shipping.

Where do you ship from?

We send out packages from two main places: our buzzing warehouse in beautiful San Diego, CA, and straight from our partner vendors scattered across the country. This way, we're able to get your goodies to you quickly and conveniently, whether you're soaking up the California sun or anywhere else in the nation. 🌞📦

My order is missing

In the rare instance that your order is marked as arrived but hasn't made its way to you, rest assured that we're here to support you. Don't hesitate to get in touch with our dedicated customer support team as soon as possible, sharing your order details and pertinent information regarding the situation. Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We understand that sometimes things don't quite work out, so that's why we have a hassle-free and customer-friendly return policy. Plus, with our easy automated returns portal, you can manage your returns at your convenience. We've got your back, every step of the  way.We happily accept returns up to 30 days from the purchase date.

For gift returns,you'll receive store credit that you can use on any future purchases, less a $4.99 shipping fee. And don't worry —  if you choose to return a gift, we'll keep it hush-hush. The sender won't know a thing; it'll be our little secret! 🤫

For personal purchases, refunds can be made to your original payment method or store credit, less a $4.99 shipping fee.  Of course for all orders, just ensure the item is unopened and in good condition.

Some exclusions apply:For the health and safety of our customers some items, such as bath and body or nursing products are not eligible for returns. Please check the product details page for details. Sale items are final sale.To ensure a smooth and transparent refund experience, please note that larger items like cribs, furniture, climbing toys, ride-on items, play kitchens, strollers and bouncers are eligible for store credit only. Due to their size and need for thorough safety inspections, there is a10% restocking fee on these items.For orders shipped outside the US, please note the full shipping cost will be deducted from returns. How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Can I return a gift?

We happily will accept gift returns 30 days from the date of delivery for store credit. Please note, gift returns are not eligible for a cash refund. We kindly request that returned items remain unworn, unused, and packaged in their original condition. To initiate a return start here.

Also, please know, the giver is never notified when a gift return is initiated or credited - your secret is safe with us.

What is your return process?

Print Return Label:  Print a return label. Follow the provided instructions to ensure proper labeling of your return package.

Package the Item: Place the item securely in its original packaging if possible. Include any accessories, tags, or documents that came with it. Affix the label to the outside of the package. Make sure it's visible and well-attached.

Drop Off or Schedule Pickup: Depending on the return method, either drop off the package at the designated location or schedule a pickup as instructed.

Tracking and Confirmation: Keep an eye on the return package's tracking information. Once it's received at our end, you'll receive confirmation of the return. Please allow 3-4 days for your return to be processed by our warehouse. You will receive a notification once this is processed.

Refund: 
We'll process a refund to your original payment method within 3-4 days of the return arriving to our warehouse. You'll receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed, detailing the refund amount. Please note, fees may apply with your return.

Large Item Return Policy

When it comes to larger items like cribs, furniture, climbing toys, ride-on items, play kitchens, strollers and bouncers we want to ensure a smooth and transparent refund experience. Please note that these items are eligible for shop credit only, which allows you to explore our diverse range of products and find something that perfectly suits your needs. Due to their size and need for thorough safety inspections, there is a 10% restocking fee applies to large item returns.

Seasonal Item Return Policy

We love celebrating all seasons! Please note that seasonal items, such as holiday-themed products, are eligible for shop credit only.

Sale item return policy

Items from our sale collection and discounted seasonal products are final sale. We appreciate your understanding of this policy, which helps us continue to provide competitive prices and an enjoyable shopping experience for all our customers. International order return policy

We warmly welcome all valid return requests, and this also extends to our international customers. Plus note returns originating from international addresses, the will be deducted the shipping fee from the refunded amount.

Bath, body & nursing products return policy

Bath, body and nursing products that are sealed and still in there original packaging are eligible for store credit only.

Can I return an item that was shipped directly from a HoneyBug vendor?

Of course! You have the freedom to return any item that is shipped directly from our trusted vendors to HoneyBug. These items are fully eligible for our comprehensive return policy, ensuring your satisfaction every step of the way. Simply follow our established return process, and rest assured that your experience remains guided by our commitment to excellence.

Gifting Options

Is pricing included in the packaging to the recipient?

All HoneyBug packages come with gifting-friendly packing slips that do not include any pricing information whatsoever.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, all HoneyBug Boxes and Build-a-Boxes can have our stunning gift wrapping added to them. Additionally, any item at HoneyBug can be handwrapped. Please note that for items shipping directly from our partner warehouses (noted on the product page), please allow 5-7 additional processing days for handwrapping.

Can I add a gift note?

Yes, you can add a gift note! If your order is shipping from HoneyBug (including Build-A-Boxes, HoneyBug Boxes, or hand-wrapped gifts), a physical gift card can be included. For items shipped directly from our partners (noted on the product page), you can add a virtual e-gift card that will be sent directly to their email.
